Lead the full accounting cycle across general ledger, payroll, fixed assets, projects, and multi-entity reporting
Prepare and review GAAP-compliant financial statements across our nationwide portfolio
Serve as the go-to technical accounting expert, translating complexity into clear business guidance
Manage, mentor, and develop a growing team of accountants and senior accountants
Collaborate across departments—finance, operations, legal, HR—to support key business initiatives
Spearhead audit readiness, external audits, and tax-related financial deliverables
Implement and optimize ERP systems and drive process transformation
Provide financial insights that support strategy, growth, and capital planning
A CPA with a Big 4 or public accounting background
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 2 to 3 years in a leadership role
Deep knowledge of US GAAP, consolidations, controls, and compliance
A strong communicator who can confidently engage with executive leadership
Experience in multi-site, real estate, or hospitality industries a plus
Passionate about team leadership, system improvement, and strategic finance
