Ascension Search Partners has been engaged by a dynamic, PE backed healthcare organization who is looking to bring on a Corporate Controller to lead the accounting, reporting, and treasury function. Reporting to highly experienced CFO, the Controller will oversee the financial workings of the business while partnering with the CFO to prepare the business for its next growth phase. Some of the key areas of focus this person will be lead are budgeting, forecasting, treasury, activities related to M&A inclusive of due diligence and analysis efforts, and setting the organization up in a way that will support the growth and acquisition integration.
