Senior Manager, Financial Reporting

Are you a CPA with a strong public accounting foundation looking to make an impact at a growing global company? We’re partnering with a publicly traded industry leader to hire a Senior Manager of Financial Reporting at their DFW office. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, fast-paced environment that values growth, mentorship, and work-life balance.

What You’ll Do:

Lead the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q, 10-K, etc.)
Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and evolving reporting requirements
Support technical accounting research and implementation of new standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with FP&A, Accounting, Legal, and Investor Relations teams
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and internal controls (SOX)
Assist with M&A due diligence, integration, and other special projects as the company grows
Mentor and develop junior team members

What We’re Looking For:

CPA required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
6+ years of relevant experience, including Big 4 or national public accounting firm background
Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
A proactive, curious mindset with a desire to grow professionally
