Ascension Search Partners has been engaged by a growing healthcare organization to identify a Finance Manager to join a high-performing team undergoing strategic transformation. This role is ideal for a highly analytical finance professional who enjoys building and maintaining models, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings strong communication and problem-solving skills to the table. This is a high-impact role that will work closely with senior leadership, taking the lead on modeling, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain complex financial models to support business decisions

• Conduct ad hoc and sensitivity analyses with limited direction

• Synthesize large amounts of data and translate into actionable insights

• Support budgeting and forecasting processes across multiple business units

• Communicate findings clearly and effectively with internal teams and field leadership

• Own and improve upon existing models and reporting frameworks

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in finance or FP&A

• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and model building

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward

• Experience navigating multiple systems; familiarity with JDE and Host systems is a plus

• Background in healthcare or multi-site/multi-entity businesses is preferred
