Responsibilities

Lead FP&A activities for the business unit, including forecasting, budgeting, long-term planning, and reporting
Build and maintain detailed financial models for assets
Drive the annual financial planning cycle and quarterly reforecasting
Partner with operations and field leaders to provide accurate reporting and insights
Analyze variances, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations
Present financial updates and recommendations to senior leadership
Collaborate with other FP&A teams to share best practices and ensure consistency across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA a plus
Minimum of 8 years of progressive FP&A experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Industry background in Renewable Energy, Field Operations, or Manufacturing preferred
Advanced Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities
Experience with Oracle, Salesforce, or similar tools is helpful
Track record of driving process improvements and implementing new systems
Strong presentation and communication skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
