We have multiple stores and are looking to hire a passionate Sales Consultant to join our team in Santa Rosa, CA! We specialize in offering quality flooring and custom countertops.
Locations Hiring: Santa Rosa, CA
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell flooring products and services to new and existing customers in the Showroom
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and any customer concerns
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Create sales material to present to customers
- Sales Consultant can work solely in the showroom and/or go to customers homes to provide estimates
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related field
- Familiarity with CRM platforms /QFloors (training offered)
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong negotiation skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Open to work any day of the week
Our showrooms are open M-F, 9-7:00, (split work shift), Saturday, 9-5:30 and Sunday 11:00-5:30. Comprehensive Benefits package offered and compensation of hourly pay + commission during training with a transition to draw vs commission after training period wiht an unlimited earning cap. This is a 5 day work week with a GREAT company and great Team!
