Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and design-savvy Design Sales Representative to join our Pompano Beach, FL team. This hybrid inside/outside role blends showroom consultation with relationship-driven field sales. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, deep product knowledge, and a passion for helping clients create beautiful spaces.

Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners.
• Guide clients through luxury material selections in our showroom.
• Present and specify tile, stone, slab, and wood products for residential and commercial projects.
• Provide design insight for floors, walls, kitchens, baths, pools, and outdoor spaces.
• Follow up on leads, manage client portfolios, and close sales.
• Stay current with design trends, materials, and competitor offerings.
• Participate in design and industry networking events as needed.

Qualifications
• Proven experience in tile, stone, or high-end design sales.
• Strong knowledge of premium materials and their applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Benefits
• Base salary up to $65,000, plus 3% commission on sales.
• Company pays 50% of employee medical insurance.
• Car allowance based on mileage.
• Cell phone allowance of $60 per month.
• 2 weeks paid time off annually.
