As a Commercial Flooring Business Development professional in the commercial flooring industry,
you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding our client base brand in
the Miami, FL region.

Your primary duties will include:
- Identifying and prospecting potential clients in the South Florida market in the Miami area; including businesses, property management companies, architects, and contractors. Our sales focus on multi family, hospitality, medical and main street retail.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Collaborating with the sales team to create custom flooring solutions for clients based on their needs
and budget.
- Presenting our flooring products (lvp, hardwood, glue down, carpet) to clients through sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
- Negotiating contracts and pricing with clients to secure new business.
- Attending industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote our brand and build relationships, as needed.
- Keeping up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract new clients.
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and business development,
preferably in the commercial flooring industry.
You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
A proven track record of meeting sales targets and generating new business is also essential.
This position will be based out of our Miami, FL region, and surrounding area.
A valid drivers license and reliable transportation are required.
