As a Commercial Flooring Sales Rep with Project Management skills, you will play a pivotal role in driving our business forward in Indianapolis, IN. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate relationships with potential customers in the commercial construction segments. Your role is integral to our growth strategy, as you will be the face of our company, showcasing our high-quality flooring solutions and establishing lasting partnerships. Overview of Responsibilities:
Prospect and bid opportunities in the Indianapolis, IN area
Present flooring materials to customers highlighting features and advantages
Cultivate and maintain business relationships
Attend industry trade shows and identify sales opportunities
Stay abreast of market trends, competitive offerings and customer preferences
Report sales and communicate regularly with management
Posses strong negotiation and persuasion sales skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of commercial flooring products and solutions and willingness to learn
Willingness to travel 4 days and week and use the 5th as your office day.
Qualifications
Work independently and manage territory
Have at least 3-5 years experience in the commercial flooring estimation or commercial flooring sales field.
Knowledge of commercial flooring products
Good computer skills ( We use RFMS)
Must have dependable transportation and valid driver license.
Able to work M-F
Bachelor degree preferred but not required
