Location: Mayfield Heights, OH
Position: Bookkeeper

We are a family-owned flooring business that has successfully been operating in Mayfield Heights, OH. We have a great company culture and long-standing customer base that continues to grow in our market.
Currently, we are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper with QuickBooks Online experience to join our growing team. The Bookkeeper is a vital conduit for information flowing through the financial consultants and owners of the company.
 
General Job Responsibilities:
● Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process and manage all Accounts Payable and Accounts
Receivable, generate invoices, and ensure prompt payment and collection of funds
● Categorize bank transactions and credit card charges
● Daily deposits
● Job Costing and Closing of completed jobs within CRM
● Monitoring of A/R Aging and resolution of any unpaid customer accounts
● Posting of subcontractor labor to jobs and running weekly contractor payroll
● Maintain and update Subcontractor W-9s and Certificates of Liability Insurance
● Perform monthly reconciliations on Bank Accounts and credit cards
● Additional projects as necessary
● Communicate with owners and financial consultants on a regular basis
 
Skills and Experience
● Intermediate to advanced knowledge of QuickBooks Online
● Prior experience with RFMS Business Software is a plus
● 5 – 10 years experience in a Bookkeeping role
● Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
● Must be a Team player
● High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
● Strong communication skills
● A general understanding of accounting principles.
● Salary will be commensurate with experience
