Currently we are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our team in Doral, FL! You will be responsible for planning, implementing and supporting daily accounting operations. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to: 

• Accounts payable/receivable 
• Monitor and analyze accounting data, reporting for business operations and budgets
• Responsible for gathering end of day business reports from stores
• Assist with monthly commissions and subcontractor pay
• Communicate with company vendors 
• Perform audits and run profit and loss reports, analyzing margins and costs.
• Miscellaneous accounting tasks, such as: petty cash, bank reconciliation, journal entries, business licenses, invoicing and purchase orders, company insurance policies, collections, etc. 
• Support and assist with new hire verification documents
• Other duties as assigned 

Qualifications: 

• 1-2 years of previous experience in accounting, finance or other related fields 
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. 
• Excellent computer skills. We use Sage 100 and  Excel
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively with management. 
• Strong understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations 
• Team player with a sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success 
• Good communicator 
• Detail and deadline-oriented 
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
