Title: Business Devlopment- Facilities Management Accounts ( healthcare, education, city government, etc)
Location: Greater Atlanta and Northwest, GA
Mission of the RoleTo be a great teammate in a Teams Based Organization, driving profitable growth by developing and managing long-term partnerships with facilities management stakeholders in education, healthcare, and city/county government systems, helping them streamline flooring and window treatment solutions across multi-building campuses, in alignment with our purpose to “make construction easy.”
Key Accountabilities
1. Strategically Target and Develop Institutional Facitilies Management Accounts
o Identify and prioritize large facility owners with recurring needs
o Map and prioritize high-value multi-building clients in target sectors
o Build a call and outreach strategy to penetrate decision-maker levels
2. Develop and nurture relationships with Facilities Management stakeholders
o Position the company as a trusted partner, not just a vendor
o Engage in site visits, facility assessments, and planning discussions
o Craft solutions that minimize downtime and maximize lifecycle value
o Collaborate with internal team to provide accurate pricing and deliver exceptional customer service
3. Create multi-year budget and project roadmaps
o Help Facilities Management clients plan 1-5 year flooring/window treatment improvements
o Align with their budget cycles and compliance needs
4. Drive Excellence in Delivery and Account Retention
o Maintain proactive communication with clients and teammates
o Demonstrate and uphold a collaborative, improvement-driven mindset
o Conduct quarterly customer feedback meetings to identify wins and gaps.
o Help make the company easier to do business with—internally and externally
5. Collaborate within a Cross-Functional Team-Based Model
o Actively participate in internal planning and review meetings
o Coordinate effectively with Project Executives, Account Managers, Project Operations, and support staff
o Brings market intelligence, client feedback, and lessons to the group
6. Represent the brand in industry and sector-specific events
o Attend trade shows, conferences, and association meetings for visibility and lead generation.
