Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ● Commercial flooring product knowledge and installation best practice awareness ● Inspect structures to ensure they are up to standard and ordinances before and after installs. ● Able to manage multiple commercial flooring projects at a given time. ● Develop and maintain working relationships with general contractors, superintendents, installers and customers. ● Regularly follow up on projects to ensure installs are completed smoothly and successfully. ● Maintain a master schedule for work orders and installation, including service and repair. ● Computer proficient. We use JobRunner, and will train. ● Communicate with installers to inform them of upcoming installations. ● Verify work orders for installers prior to material pickup. ● Verify installers are at job-sites. ● Responsible for installation crews; performance issues and work quality. ● Verify work orders and billings for installers prior to submission to accounting. ● Create orders for repairs and send them to accounting for billing. ● Create punch sheets for installer repairs. ● Communicate with owners and department managers. ● Must have a clean driving record and valid OK driver's license. ● Able to stand, sit, crouch, hear, speak and occasionally lift 50-100 lbs. Notes on compensation: ● Salary ● M-F, 7:30-4:30 ( person reports to office each morning before going out on job site) ● Company will pay for medical insurance ( approximately an 8k value) ● Use of company truck ( needs to have clean MVR and valid state issued driver’s license)\n
