We're a luxury hardscape materials business with a branch in Naples, FL. We are proud to offer high end products with top notch customer service to all our clients. Currently, we are looking to hire a Customer Experience Specialist (Inside Customer Service Representative) who can assist customers with product information, selection and purchasing in the showroom.

Position Overview:

Customer Service and Sales Skills
Eye for detail and design a plus
Working with and assisting the trade (contractors, builders, designers)
Data and Order Entry
Basic math skills to confirm sq footage and/or amount of materials needed
Maintain organization of the showroom
Provides sales support to outside sales team
Able to work: M-F, 8:30-5:00, Closed on Saturdays and Sundays
Must have some industry experience ( ceramic tile, porcelain, glass, quartz, stone, slabs, floor to wall, countertop and exterior hardscape materials)
Computer skills ( We use Stone Profit and will train)
This person will be engaging with clients and selling materials in the showroom so having good verbal communication is important
Standing, sitting, walking around is all a part of the position.
