Successful and established flooring company operating just outside Columbus, OH  is hiring a Commercial Account Sales Manager to join our growing team!   We've been active in the Commerical Flooring landscape for more than 15 years and are currently hiring a Commercial Account Manager who will help continue to develop and maintain relationships with commercial accounts including developers, general contractors, facility managers, and building owners.
 
Location: Westerville, OH
 
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Respond to bid invitations, prepare material takeoffs, prepare and submit bids
  • Present and sell flooring products to clients 
  • Manage their portfolio of active projects by working with client project managers and estimators.
  • Evaluate the scope of work of a project, and estimate product and labor quantities required for the project.
  • Possess excellent attention to detail, and have knowledge of reading blueprints.
  • Some physical measurements, job meetings, and site visits may be required.
  • Computer proficiency using Measure Square, Bluebeam, Callidus, or other similar software.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience in commercial flooring sales
  • Computer proficiency is a must have
  • Able to work independently, self motivated, detail oriented, dependable and requires little supervision
  • Ability to calculate area measurements, profit margin, sales price and other basic math skills
  • Must have dependable transportation and a smartphone
  • Able to pass an employment background screen and drug test
  • Able to work M-F and Saturday is by appointment 
Compensation
  • Salary + commission (base pay is based on experience and current book of business)
