We are a Tile and Marble Company that operates five retail showrooms in the South Florida region. Our warehouse office is in Doral, Florida.

Job Title: Customer Service Clerk

Location: Doral, Florida

Requirements:

  • College Associate Degree
  • Bilingual: Must be an English speaker. Additionally, you must demonstrate the ability to write clearly, concisely, and meaningfully. Spanish is purely conversational.
  • Must demonstrate competency in the use of standard computer applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. We will train you in how to use our ERP software, Sage 100, but you must be a quick learner.
  • You will be part of a group of three individuals tasked with customer service, so you must work well in a team environment.
  • Must pass pre-employment drug test and background check prior to employment

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to our clients every day
  • Accurately process orders, billing, returns, payments and all warehouse related functions
  • Manage the required paperwork for LTL freight such as entering information on a bill of lading
  • Verify all invoices produced in a day, and compare with packing list to certify accuracy
  • Work with other members of the warehouse team to solve issues needed
  • Help prepare marketing boards for the sales team
  • Participate in year-end inventory count
  • Mail Sample Items
  • Request shipment quotes and schedule deliveries
  • Customer Service Email management (notifications and updates)
  • Report on Daily Sales
  • Organize and save documentation

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Must be an organized individual
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Hours: Full time 5x 8-hour shifts: Monday-Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm; 1/2-hour lunch break.
  • Customer Service: 2 years
