Successful and established commercial flooring contractor operating in Oklahoma City, OK is hiring a Commercial Account Sales Manager to join our growing team! We've been active inthe Commercial Flooring landscape and are currently hiring a sales professional who will help continue to develop and maintain relationships with commercial accounts including developers, general contractors, facility managers, and building owners. This role includes sales, estimating (management to support) and managing projects.
 
Location: Oklahoma City, OKCore Duties and Responsibilities:● Respond to bid invitations, prepare material takeoffs, prepare and submit bids● Present and sell flooring products to clients● Manage their portfolio of active projects by working with client project managers and estimators.● Evaluate the scope of work of a project, and estimate product and labor quantitiesrequired for the project.● Possess excellent attention to detail, and have knowledge of reading blueprints.● Some physical measurements, job meetings, and site visits may be required.● Computer proficiency. We use JobRunner and will train.Minimum Qualifications:● 2 years of experience in commercial flooring sales● Computer proficiency is a must have● Able to work independently, self motivated, detail oriented, dependable and requires little supervision● Ability to calculate area measurements, profit margin, sales price and other basic math skills● Must have dependable transportation● Able to pass an employment background screen and drug test● Able to work M-F, and Saturday is by appointmentCompensation● Salary + commission (base pay is based on experience and current book of business)● Medical benefits● Mileage reimbursement for work● Company provides logo shirts
