Position: Project Executive 
Location: Atlanta, GA 30339 (headquarters) 
 
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: The Project Executive represents the company, serving as a company leader and cultivating enduring relationships with clients. This person will have a strong foundation in commercial construction with active business relationships (preferred relationships with General Contractors). This role entails providing strategic leadership at the project level, while driving revenue generation, overseeing budget management, and ensuring the overall profitability of the team. We are open to consider some with a book of business with paint, flooring, cabinetry, roofing, windows/doors who has great relationships with General Contractors in the Altanta, GA market. 
 
MISSION OF THE ROLE: To provide strategic oversight, client relationship leadership, and team performance management across a portfolio of commercial flooring projects — ensuring operational excellence, strong financial outcomes, and exceptional customer experiences.
 
Leadership of Project Delivery
o Oversee project management and field operations leadership across all assigned jobs.
o Support high-performing execution through systems, coaching, and strategic involvement.
2. Client Relationship Leadership
o Serve as the senior point of contact for major accounts and strategic GC/owner partners.
o Build and sustain long-term relationships that result in repeat business and referrals.
3. Financial & Risk Oversight
o Monitor and guide project financial performance — margins, budgets, and risk exposure.
o Help resolve high-impact issues around change orders, delays, and contractual obligations.
4. Pipeline Development and Management
o Actively engage in estimating, bidding, and winning new business
o Identify and make strategic adjustments based on changing market conditions, client focuses, and emerging markets.
5. Strategic Planning & Reporting
o Align short and long term customer plan with broader business goals and company strategy.
o Accurate reporting on WIP and Pipeline statuses.
o Accurate forecasting of future Revenue and Bookings
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration
o Act as liaison between estimating, project management, field, and administrative staff.
o Ensure job handoffs, project planning, and closeout processes run smoothly and predictably.
7. Strategic Planning & Reporting
o Align short and long term customer plan with broader business goals and company strategy.
o Accurate reporting on WIP and Pipeline statuses.
o Accurate forecasting of future Revenue and Bookings
