Position: Project Coordinator

Location: Murfreesboro, TN

We’re looking for a reliable and detail- oriented flooring professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. If you enjoy keeping things organized, working with vendors and builders, and making sure all the moving pieces of a project come together smoothly, this opportunity might be for you!

We are a 3rd generation flooring company with a successful track record and reputation for quality products and customer service in our community. We welcome you to apply if you have the skills below:

Responsibilities and duties but not limited to:

Supporting our existing customers/ builders
Data entry
Help coordinator materials and track orders
Correctly input data in the system (RFMS)
Review job orders, prepare quotes, order materials and assist with scheduling
Maintain good communication with contractors, suppliers and internal teams
Comfortable multi-tasking and enjoy a quick pace work environment
Previous work history working with flooring materials with knowledge of installation and sub floor materials
Assist as needed with homeowners who need to come to the showroom to select materials or make changes
Create tickets for billing purposes
Help with answering phones and other administrative tasks needed.
Able to work in office and sit at desk for extended periods of time
This is a M-F, 8-5:00 or 7:30-4:30
Good verbal and written communication and pleasant customer service skills
