Overview:We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Product Manager with direct ownership experience in reporting, insights, and analytics features within a SaaS product. This role is responsible for defining and delivering data-driven experiences that help customers measure performance, communicate impact, and make informed decisions. You will work closely with engineering, design, product operations, and customer-facing teams to bring clarity and innovation to complex, data-rich platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for reporting and analytics features.

  • Define KPIs, ensure data cleanliness, and build dashboards that turn large datasets into actionable insights.

  • Write clear requirements and acceptance criteria, manage backlogs, and oversee delivery with engineering teams.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product ops, revenue, and customer success teams to ensure alignment.

  • Balance competing priorities and make thoughtful tradeoffs that reflect both customer needs and business strategy.

  • Present product plans and outcomes with executive polish, influencing leadership and client stakeholders.

  • Monitor product health metrics, leverage product analytics, and synthesize user feedback to guide decisions.

  • Explore opportunities to leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve reporting workflows.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of SaaS product management experience (required).

  • Proven track record owning reporting/insights/analytics features in a SaaS product.

  • Strong background with dashboards, KPIs, and complex data visualization.

  • Skilled at turning complex data into clear, actionable, and well-visualized insights.

  • Professional maturity and polished communication skills, with experience presenting to executives and clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.

  • Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Heap, Pendo, Amplitude) and design collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, FigJam, LucidCharts).

  • Familiarity with SQL for exploratory data analysis.
