We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support for end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in both Windows and MacOS environments, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
Deploy, configure, and support Windows and MacOS computers for end-users.
Document technical support procedures and assist with maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
Provide first-level troubleshooting for end-user issues and escalate when necessary.
Install and configure printers and other peripherals, including IoT devices.
Perform basic computer hardware diagnostics and remediation.
Research and resolve unfamiliar technical scenarios, applying critical thinking to problem-solving.
Ensure timely and professional communication with users throughout the support process.
Proficiency with Windows and MacOS operating systems.
Strong knowledge of basic hardware troubleshooting and repair.
Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals.
Ability to document processes clearly and contribute to knowledge base updates.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support users of varying technical levels.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
