Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tech Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support for end-users. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in both Windows and MacOS environments, and the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and support Windows and MacOS computers for end-users.

  • Document technical support procedures and assist with maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

  • Provide first-level troubleshooting for end-user issues and escalate when necessary.

  • Install and configure printers and other peripherals, including IoT devices.

  • Perform basic computer hardware diagnostics and remediation.

  • Research and resolve unfamiliar technical scenarios, applying critical thinking to problem-solving.

  • Ensure timely and professional communication with users throughout the support process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Windows and MacOS operating systems.

  • Strong knowledge of basic hardware troubleshooting and repair.

  • Experience with installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems and peripherals.

  • Ability to document processes clearly and contribute to knowledge base updates.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support users of varying technical levels.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues.
