Calling all Commercial TSRs – We’re looking for you!
Our client, a well-established brokerage located in Concord, is seeking a motivated and experienced Commercial Technical Service Representative (TSR) to join their growing team. If you are a dedicated insurance professional with strong commercial lines experience and a passion for delivering exceptional client service, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Provide full support in maintaining and servicing contracted commercial clientele.
Proactively recommend coverage options, products, and claims solutions tailored to client needs.
Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients and insurance providers.
Investigate and resolve client concerns independently while maintaining strong relationships.
Represent both the client and the brokerage clearly and effectively to underwriters.
Ensure smooth workflows and accuracy in documentation using EPIC.
Active RIBO License – a must.
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lines.
College or university diploma.
Bonus: Knowledge of the construction sector is highly valued.
Industry designation (completed or in progress).
Proficiency with EPIC.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Competitive salary $68,000 – $70,000.
