Commercial Lines Account Manager – Mississauga (Hybrid)

What You’ll Do:

• Partner with Producers to market and place new business, delivering tailored insurance solutions that exceed client expectations

• Build and maintain positive relationships with insurers and Underwriters, negotiating favourable terms and streamlining placements

• Collaborate with Producers to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, contributing to business growth

• Manage the full renewal process with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention

• Provide end-to-end service for an assigned book of business, acting as a trusted advisor for your clients’ insurance needs

What You Bring:

• RIBO license with 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager in a brokerage environment

• Solid knowledge of major markets, underwriting guidelines, and risk appetite

• Strong business acumen and client service mindset

• Proficiency with EPIC (or similar brokerage management systems)

• Professional designations such as CAIB, CIP, or CRM (completed or in progress) are considered an asset

• Strong understanding of the Property & Casualty insurance market
