Commercial Lines CSR (Stoney Creek) Hybrid Options after Probation
Working under the direction of the Client Service Broker, develop and service commercial and contribute to our client's growth. Must be RIBO Licensed. Salary: $80K for someone with 10 years plus....can always negotiate for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities

Book description: Commercial Large accounts 2mil plus prem, well versed in all areas of Commercial, Property Hotel, Restaurant, Manufacturing. Seeking Candidate who has Commercial Auto and Fleet experience as well as it is an integral part of role
• develop, maintain and manage client relationships• provide courteous, prompt and efficient service• provide quality technical insurance consultation and recommendation service• maintain accurate and complete data in broker management systems
• maintain utmost good faith by exercising due diligence in collecting and disclosing relevant information to insurers and clients• support Producer by providing accurate and timely documentation (renewal review, submission, proposal, binder, certificates etc.)• facilitate exceptional claims service• provide customer service backup and support when requested• guide, support and coordinate tasks with Commercial Broker in Training• negotiate terms and conditions with insurance companies• arrange a/o amend coverages as required within binding authority• arrange client payments in line with internal Accounts Receivable protocol
Proficient on Power Broker, Word, Excel, Outlook
RIBO Licensed with 3-10 years of Experience
