I'M ON THE PROWL FOR PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL PRODUCERS WHO WANT TO MAKE A BASE SALARY PLUS COMMISSION!!! (base salary offered for the first two years) They want to make sure you have an income to get you up and running in your Journey to be a successful producer! WHILE WORKING REMOTELY
Our client operates in Durham Region and provides service to customers all across Ontario primarily servicing the GTA and Northumberland County.
Qualifications:
- You are self-motivated, resourceful and have an entrepreneurial spirit willing to wear many hats
- You are RIBO licensed
- Minimum of 2-5 years of insurance sales experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance
- RIBO License is required. - High level of computer application skills.

What they offer:
- Your commission structure would be 60% for new business, 40% for renewals (Base salary is available for an experienced Producer for two years to assist you in building your business) THEY CARE ABOUT YOUR SUCCESS
- After a vesting period you would own 50% of your book of business
- They provide hardware, training, benefits, phone credits, a dynamic atmosphere that fosters friendly competition with other producers that helps push producers to new levels,
- They also pay for you to attend work shows i.e. landscape show, home show etc.

- They provide lead generation
- You would be responsible to maintain a relationship with your clients and provide renewal info Benefits are provided
