My Clients are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Personal Lines VIP High Value Client Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth individuals and VIP clients, providing personalized insurance solutions and exceptional service to meet their unique needs and preferences.
Location: North York
Hybrid: 2 days one week, 3 days the next on rotation
Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high value clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all insurance-related inquiries and needs.
- Conduct regular meetings and communications with clients to assess their insurance requirements, address concerns, and provide proactive risk management advice.

Insurance Advisory Services:
- Analyze the insurance needs and risk profiles of high value clients to develop tailored insurance solutions that provide comprehensive coverage and protection.
- Collaborate with underwriters and other insurance professionals to design customized insurance programs that meet the unique requirements of VIP clients.

Policy Management:
- Oversee the management and administration of insurance policies for high net worth individuals and VIP clients, ensuring accuracy and completeness of coverage.
- Coordinate policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations in accordance with client preferences and contractual obligations.

Claims Management:
- Serve as the primary liaison between high value clients and claims adjusters, assisting clients with the claims process and advocating on their behalf to ensure timely and equitable claim resolution.
- Monitor the progress of claims and provide regular updates to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.

Risk Assessment and Mitigation:
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments for high net worth individuals and VIP clients, identifying potential exposures and recommending risk mitigation strategies to protect their assets and interests.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that may impact high value clients, providing proactive risk management guidance and solutions.
Qualifications:
- A team player with a strong work ethic
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
- Proven sales ability to round-out accounts
- An unwavering commitment to delivering professionalism and expertise to our clients
- Computer proficiency in MS Office products such as Word and Excel
- Experience with The Agency Manager (TAM) is an asset
- Experience with insurers such as Chubb, Aviva Ovation, Intact Prestige (GCNA) or Northbridge Onyx is an asset
