Account Managers are the frontline of their team and act as key customer service representatives (CSRs). This role is responsible for ensuring new and existing clients have the right insurance in place to protect their business and livelihood. They are responsible for providing advice, shopping and placing coverage with an insurance company, processing policy changes as well as advocating for clients in the event of a claim. To succeed as an Account Manager, you should be a relationship-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical skills.
