Summary:

The Engineering Manager will oversee the manufacturing engineering department. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
• 5+ years in Plastic Injection Molding or related field.
• Leadership experience with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in lean manufacturing, cost analysis, and continuous improvement.
• Six Sigma Black Belt is a plus.
