Position Overview
The Executive Director will operate as the chief leader of an individual healthcare center, overseeing financial performance, leadership development, operational strategy, and community engagement. This individual will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and seamless program operations while fostering a data-driven, value-based care model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a dynamic management team, fostering an environment of collaboration and professional growth.
- Oversee financial performance, working alongside finance teams to develop and manage budgets aligned with strategic goals.
- Enhance patient experience by implementing initiatives that improve care quality and overall service delivery.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, maintaining adherence to all federal, state, and local healthcare standards, including audits.
- Manage and drive growth, collaborating with marketing and enrollment teams to expand community engagement and participant enrollment.
- Cultivate partnerships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, regulatory bodies, and community organizations.
- Implement data-driven strategies, leveraging reports and analytics to optimize people and processes.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education:
- Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Gerontology, Social Welfare, or a related field, plus one or more years in a leadership role within a healthcare or social services program.OR
- Bachelor’s Degree in one of the fields above, plus three or more years of managerial or supervisory experience in a healthcare or social services setting.
Experience & Skills:
- Five or more years of proven experience managing senior-focused healthcare programs, with a strong preference for experience in value-based care models.
- Three or more years of leadership experience overseeing teams within a healthcare or social services setting.
- Demonstrated success in managing P&L operations (experience overseeing a $20M+ budget preferred).
- Track record of optimizing patient outcomes through strategic planning and operational oversight.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop leaders within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Advanced expertise in leveraging data analytics to drive decision-making and program efficiency.
