Territory Sales Manager

A leading provider of modular structures and container solutions is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth, build customer relationships, and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed targets.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting (40%), inbound inquiry conversion (30%), and account development.
  • Identify and prioritize potential customers and industries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through communication and site visits.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare accurate quotes, negotiate terms, and manage customer orders.
  • Utilize CRM software to track performance and manage sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of outbound prospecting or relevant sales experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Willingness to travel (10%-20%) for customer visits.
  • Ability to make 40+ outbound calls per day.
  • Full-time, in-office role.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary up to $55,000 + commission.
