This role requires a strategic leader with a deep understanding of manufacturing operations, cost management, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of production, safety compliance, and quality assurance, ensuring adherence to regulatory and company standards.
• Foster a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Develop and manage the operations budget, ensuring cost efficiency and delivering savings.
• Track and analyze operational performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead process optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Implement lean manufacturing strategies and continuous improvement methodologies to streamline production.
• Manage ERP systems and production planning tools to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Mentor and develop employees to ensure strong succession planning and skill-building.
• Ensure smooth collaboration across departments, including shipping, production, and quality assurance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong expertise in manufacturing processes, safety regulations, and quality management systems.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience with ERP systems and production planning tools.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and strategic direction to the team.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Technical or Business Administration preferred).

Preferred Certifications & Skills

• Certification in Safety or Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO 9001) is a plus.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
