Executive Assistant to Chief Commercial Officer, Global Manufacturer of Specialized Engineered Plastics, Fort Worth Texas _________________________________

Our client, a highly successful family- owned global manufacturer of specialized engineered plastics that has been in business for over 50 years is looking for an Executive Assistant “right hand” for the Chief Commercial Officer. The ideal candidate has supported a high- level executive in the C-Suite for at least 3-5 years, is highly organized, detail-oriented and enjoys working with high level clients from all over the world.  The company has approximately 1700 employees worldwide and about 190 employees in the Fort Worth office and manufacturing plant.  Dress is business casual and relaxed.

About the Job:

¨      Support the CCO as a “right hand gatekeeper” handling complex calendar management for clients and scheduled internal meetings that are with global participants on a daily basis

¨       Organize and manage domestic/international travel arrangements

¨      Prepare and do research for client meetings to prepare the CCO

¨     Spearhead interactions with the senior management team as well as clients with follow-up items; compile information for internal and external meetings including end of month reporting

¨      Plan internal events/meetings, client events and meetings handling all logistics, catering etc

About You:

¨     Three to Five of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-Suite Executive, preferably in a manufacturing firm or technology space

¨     Bachelor’s Degree 

¨     Ability to deal with high level executives and clients with diplomacy

¨     Very detail oriented and organized with great project management skills

¨      High level of integrity and discretion in handling all confidential information   

¨      Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills
