Executive Assistant to CEO, Innovative Healthcare Device Company, Miami, Fla.

The CEO of a global healthcare company is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant. This is a unique opportunity for a professional who has an entrepreneurial spirit, thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to go the extra mile to make things happen.  The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience supporting a busy executive, preferably in a publicly traded firm.

About the Job:

·         Be the “right hand” to the CEO as a true gatekeeper, handling complex calendar management, prioritizing meetings and appointments, and handling communications on his behalf

·         Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries,

·         Manage inbox and craft emails on his behalf

·         Prepare materials and manage all logistics for stockholder meetings and high-level client meetings

·         Follow-up on projects and initiatives with key internal stakeholders making sure deadlines are met and key initiatives are tracked

·         Expense reporting

·         Oversee special projects for the CEO

·         Some personal work, run errands

About You:

·         Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Assistant to a busy C-Suite executive, preferably in an entrepreneurial publicly traded firm.

·         Bachelor’s Degree

·         Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with discretion, efficiency, and impeccable attention to detail

·         Microsoft Office Suite; Excellent Project Management skills

·         Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

·         Highly resourceful, proactive, and adept at anticipating needs providing “white glove” service, going the extra mile

·         Warm, poised, and professional with a team- oriented mentality

·         Compensation:Base salary plus discretionary bonus, comprehensive benefits package.
