Our client, a reputable family-owned provider of first aid products, facility and workplace safety solutions to businesses in the Midwest, is seeking a Regional Director/General Manager to oversee operations throughout Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky.

This leader will manage multi-location First Aid and Safety operations, drive revenue growth, strengthen service performance, and build strong regional teams. This position is based on site in Warsaw, IN and requires regular regional travel.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead multi-site First Aid and Safety operations and oversee Service Managers and Route Service Representatives across the region.
  • Drive revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Execute regional initiatives aligned with the company’s 1-, 3-, and 5-year strategic plans.
  • Improve operational efficiency, production fulfillment, and quality standards at each location.
  • Strengthen team member engagement and support programs that improve retention and performance.
  • Develop and mentor next-level leaders and support succession planning across Sales, Service, and Production teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects that improve safety, productivity, and customer experience.
  • Standardize receiving, stocking, and replenishment processes to support sustained inventory accuracy.
  • Monitor route density to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and better customer interaction time.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, regulatory, and company policies.
  • Analyze new business opportunities and support expansion within the region.
  • Represent the company’s core values and maintain high professional and ethical standards.
  • Provide consistent, predictable availability and travel throughout Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of senior leadership experience (Regional Manager, General Manager, VP, etc.) in the first aid and safety industry, facility services industry, or uniform services industry.
  • Experience leading multi-location operations and multiple functional teams.
  • Proven success developing leaders, driving accountability, and delivering financial results.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to lead through influence.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout Indiana, Michigan, and Kentucky.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
