Salary Range: $90,000 to $110,000 annually

Join our team as a Project Manager Bridge Engineer, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the infrastructure of our community. We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead critical bridge projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze both existing and new structures, including bridges, culverts, and other infrastructure.
• Oversee local, county, and state bridge projects, managing permits, planning, and execution.
• Conduct comprehensive bridge inspections and draft detailed project proposals.
• Support construction through contract administration, project coordination, and budget management.
• Ensure compliance with project financials and reporting, maintaining budgetary adherence.
• Engage in civic and professional organizations to enhance professional networks.
• Collaborate with senior management to expand the structural engineering discipline and client relationships.
• Mentor and manage a team of Structural Engineers and Designers, focusing on financial targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Professional Engineer registration in PA required, NJ preferred.
• Over 10 years of relevant experience, with a focus on bridge projects.
• Experience with local and state agencies; familiarity with PennDOT or Turnpike projects is a plus.
• Proven skills in communication, project management, and client relations.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a keen understanding of contractual obligations.
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and structural design software, including PennDOT programs, is preferred.
