We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Russellville, AR. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with organizational goals, fostering an inclusive and innovative workplace culture, and ensuring the successful implementation of HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead initiatives to enhance accountability, trust, and innovation within the organization.
  • Oversee talent management practices, including diversity, equity, inclusion, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Provide expert guidance to align HR strategies with business objectives.
  • Offer coaching and advisory support to employees and leaders on staffing, performance, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, standards, and company policies, including IATF, ISO, and ISMS.
  • Drive employee engagement and lead cultural and process improvements.
  • Manage HR operations, lead HR teams, and oversee budget management.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations issues and policy matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certification is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment; leadership experience is advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws; experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems; familiarity with SAP is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills.
