The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive financial analyses and contributing to the preparation of various corporate financial statements. This role requires a proactive professional capable of supporting SEC filings and executing account reconciliations, trend analyses, and forecasting activities with precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial analyses to assist in the preparation of corporate financial statements.
• Support the preparation and submission of SEC filings.
• Perform account reconciliations, trend analysis, and forecasting tasks.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Accounting Information Systems.
• 3-5 years of desirable experience in public accounting.
• Graduate degree, CPA, and/or CIA certification preferred.
• Proven experience in financial analysis, consolidations, and reporting.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Solid understanding of accounting/auditing practices, principles, and procedures.
