As we continue to expand our plant, which specializes in the construction and refurbishment of plastics processing and ancillary equipment, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plant Manager to lead and innovate our production processes.

Location: El Dorado Hills, with its proximity to the Eldorado National Forest and Lake Tahoe, offers an exceptional quality of life and endless recreational opportunities.

Total Compensation: $130,000 - $183,000, including relocation assistance and comprehensive benefits. Although a bonus plan is not currently in place, one is anticipated as the plant grows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all operations of the plant, ensuring efficient and effective management.
• Develop and manage the plant's financial budget, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Ensure all supervisors receive adequate training to effectively lead line workers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized facility.
• Lead and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prioritize safety by establishing and managing a safety committee.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience in the building or rebuilding of capital equipment, particularly within the plastics sector.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• A proactive problem-solver with a strong technical understanding of machinery, including pumps, drives, motors, hydraulics, and more.
• Comprehensive knowledge of LOTO and safety protocols, with a strong commitment to enforcing these standards.
