Overview:We seek an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who will play a pivotal role in our leadership team. This position is centered around enhancing employee relations and driving strategic HR initiatives to foster a high-performance workforce. Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management and HR centers of expertise to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers for employee management and business goal achievement.
  • Strategically plan workforce requirements, including succession planning in alignment with budgets.
  • Design and implement training plans for employee development.
  • Guide supervisors in setting objectives, evaluating performance, and creating skills development plans.
  • Manage labor relations and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Champion employee engagement and satisfaction programs.
  • Drive change management efforts and support talent development strategies.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Monitor and report on key HR performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Business Administration.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation, benefits, health management, and talent management.
  • Proven track record in change management and continuous improvement.
  • Strong ability to cultivate a people-centric, customer-focused culture.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to analyze and interpret reports.
  • Willingness to relocate if necessary, with relocation assistance available.
