Back fill position – remote in NYC with 2/3 days a week once they have a WE work. Travel 1-2 times a month to MA.

Sole contributor role – this person will lead the work and have little oversight. Joanne needs a strong person that can walk right in.
Must develop media strategy. The mix is 85% product and 15% automotive but must like automotive.
This year – 4 big product announcements PLUS story telling of existing products
2 /3 automotive announcements for this year.

Bose is looking for a seasoned PR professional with product and tech PR experience to help drive critical product launches and seek continuous storytelling opportunities with top-tier media. The Sr. Product PR Manager will partner closely with the marketing and product teams to develop and deliver comprehensive, results-driven PR programs that support Bose’s corporate narrative and brand PR strategy.
Responsibilities:
· Develop a strong working knowledge of the Bose CE and Automotive business including key products and technologies, competitive landscape, key trends, and sales and marketing priorities to inform the PR strategy.
· Collaborate across the organization to stay appraised of key programs and initiatives to inform editorial opportunities and support the broader PR strategy.
· Lead and implement PR programs that highlight key Bose products, technologies and product partnerships in order to drive editorial results that strengthen Bose’s leadership in the CE and Automotive space.
· Seek new press relationships and expand existing ones within consumer tech and trade media to deliver results.
· Manage the development of press materials for all programs, including key messages, press releases, presentations, creative assets and other supporting content.
· Oversee execution of plans and lead all press outreach and follow-up on behalf of product and technology initiatives.
· Proven experience in creation and execution of PR strategies for critical product and technology launches and/or initiatives.
· Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented; thrives in building relationships and working cross-functionally
· Strong ability to advocate and influence at any level- from executives to peers to working teams
· Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues in a clear and concise manner
· Skilled at managing up and prioritizing; flexible and able to run multiple projects with (at times) minimal direction
