Your Role in Our Mission
 
As a Paralegal at Flanagan Law, you’ll play an essential role in moving personal injury
cases forward from intake through resolution. You’ll help ensure each client feels
heard, informed, and confident throughout their journey—because the best outcomes
come from trust and communication.
 
Your work will include:
  • Managing pre-litigation tasks: correspondence, client communication, record and bill requests, and demand preparation.
  • Supporting litigation efforts: drafting pleadings, managing disclosures/discovery, scheduling, and filing court documents.
  • Participating in weekly team meetings to collaborate, brainstorm, and ensure every case stays on track.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation and tracking time in Clio with professionalism and precision.
