In search of a Bilingual HR Manager for a multi-site client focusing on comprehensive HR leadership across multiple critical areas. Supportive environment and opportunity to grow. Client is located south of Warsaw, IN.

HR Manager Expectations: 

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations
  • Talent Acquisition and Management
  • Lead recruitment process, including job descriptions, interviews, and onboarding
  • Develop staff training and career development programs
  • Support succession planning
  • Ensure equal opportunity and diversity in hiring
  • Assist or completes HR payroll and benefits processes
  • Assist with compensation documentation and open enrollment
  • Employee Engagement and Communications
  • Manage employee recognition programs
  • Coordinate employee events and newsletters
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys
  • Support social media and internal communications
  • Ensure legal compliance
  • Maintain employee records
  • Manage I-9 employment verification
  • Handle unemployment and leave requests

HR Manager Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Bilingual - Spanish 
  • 5 years HR experience in a manufacturing environment 
  • Willingness to travel to other facilities in other states 1-2 times a month
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

HR Manager Perks:

  • Salary Range: $95,000 - $115,000
