Seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to join our client's team in Fort Wayne, IN. You'll work with the company business leaders to achieve the strategic initiatives and lead processes that ensure future stability of the company. Ideal candidates will have experience with ERP systems and identifying/providing ways to use technology to automate processes, make processes more efficient, etc.

 

Process Improvement Specialist Tasks:

  • Identify opportunities within the current workflows and work with the development team on long-term solutions
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with teams to develop and propose practical solutions, including process redesign, automation, or technology enhancements
  • Participate in the implementation of new processes and procedures
  • Clear communication of technology and workflow changes to a variety of team members
  • Convene and facilitate team meetings around problem-solving to address improvement areas
  • Determine project metrics and track, monitor, and measure progress and outcomes to optimize workflows

 

Process Improvement Specialist Profile:

  • At least three years of experience in process improvement
  • Must have high level knowledge of system flows
  • Must have experience with ERP systems
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Experience in process improvement or business process reengineering
  • Strong and effective communication
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and present data
  • Change management expertise with the ability to lead others
Process Improvement Specialist Benefits:
  • Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
  • Bonus Potential - Based on company profitability
