Lead complex industrial design-build projects from initial consultation through completion

Develop and present technical solutions and budgets to clients, focusing on HVAC and refrigeration systems

Senior Project Manager - Industrial Design-Build Profile:

10+ years of construction experience with 5+ years in leadership OR Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management with relevant project experience

Deep understanding of mechanical systems, particularly HVAC/refrigeration
- Experience with project estimation and budget management

Knowledge of OSHA requirements and commitment to safety
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Blue Beam, CAD
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships in an existing markets
- Clean driving record
