Location: Fort Wayne, Indiana (Onsite with potential for hybrid work after six months)

Looking For:
- A Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years of experience in sales, admissions, or a similar role.
- Proven success with cold calling and overcoming objections.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including active listening and clear communication.
- A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive on feedback and challenges.
- Technical aptitude for CRM and sales tools.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in B2B sales, professional training programs, or e-learning.
Additional Information:
The role is 95% office-based, with minimal travel (5%).
