Hiring: Systems Analyst - on-site

Position Overview:

As a Systems Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between IT and business operations. You will analyze and design technology solutions that enhance business efficiency and productivity. Your ability to understand and address complex business requirements will be key to driving successful IT implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

Create queries for Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle databases
Analyze data and create dashboards and reports using BI tools
Work directly with internal customers to understand business processes and requirements
Train end users on new reports and dashboards
Travel to outlying plants, less than 10%

Qualifications:

AS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
Proficiency with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI)
Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server
Experience supporting end users
Strong knowledge of software development and system architecture
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with project management methodologies
