Our client, a prominent law firm recognized in the 2025 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in Atlanta. This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.

 

 

Candidate Profile

  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
  • Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing
  • 4+ years of substantive experience in labor & employment litigation
  • Demonstrated experience managing all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and engaging in discovery
  • Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills with the ability to develop and execute effective case strategies
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining strong client relationships
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent employers in a wide range of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour matters
  • Manage case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice in both state and federal courts
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on compliance, workplace policies, and risk management under federal and Georgia employment laws
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions
  • Maintain direct client interaction and take ownership of complex matters in a supportive and collegial environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $130,000 – $190,000, as determined by experience and market factors
  • Bonus eligibility
