Our client, a prominent law firm recognized in the 2025 edition of Best Law Firms®, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Labor & Employment team in Atlanta. This role provides an exciting opportunity to handle a range of sophisticated litigation matters, working on cutting-edge legal issues for interesting clients across multiple industries.

Candidate Profile

JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing
4+ years of substantive experience in labor & employment litigation
Demonstrated experience managing all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting depositions, and engaging in discovery
Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills with the ability to develop and execute effective case strategies
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining strong client relationships
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, sound judgment, and a proactive, solutions-driven mindset

Key Responsibilities

Represent employers in a wide range of employment litigation, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage & hour matters
Manage case strategy, pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motion practice in both state and federal courts
Provide strategic advice to clients on compliance, workplace policies, and risk management under federal and Georgia employment laws
Collaborate closely with colleagues and clients to deliver practical, business-focused legal solutions
Maintain direct client interaction and take ownership of complex matters in a supportive and collegial environment

Compensation & Benefits

Annual Salary: $130,000 – $190,000, as determined by experience and market factors
Bonus eligibility
