Our client, a leading global AmLaw 50 law firm, is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their high-performing Global Finance practice in Boston. This is an exciting opportunity to practice at the intersection of private credit, fund finance, and collateralized loan obligations (CLOs), and to work with market-leading clients in one of the most innovative finance groups in the country.
Represent clients—ranging from global asset managers and direct lenders to private equity sponsors and investors—in complex fund finance, structured finance, securitization, and private credit transactions.
Support key aspects of deal execution, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and documentation.
Advise on a wide array of financial products, including CLOs, asset-backed securities, and subscription line credit facilities.
Stay current on market trends, deal strategy, and innovative product development.
Collaborate with attorneys across the firm’s finance, funds, and regulatory groups to deliver integrated and commercial solutions.

Competitive Salary: $235,000+, commensurate with experience and class year.
