A premier AmLaw 100 firm is seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join its dynamic Regulatory Investigations, Strategy + Enforcement (RISE) Practice Group in Atlanta. This is an outstanding opportunity for a mid-level litigator or regulatory attorney to work on high-impact matters involving economic development, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement.
Candidate Profile
JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
Active Bar Admission in Georgia, in good standing, or eligibility to waive in.
4–6 years of substantive experience in litigation, government investigations, and/or compliance work.
Prior experience with a government agency, such as an Attorney General’s office or executive branch, is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and deliver strategic counsel.
Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary environment, both as a team player and when working autonomously.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on state and federal regulatory investigations, administrative litigation, and compliance matters.
Represent clients in high-profile economic development matters within the state of Georgia.
Handle spinoff consumer class litigation and other regulatory-driven disputes.
Develop compliance strategies to mitigate enforcement risk and support internal investigations.
Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines to provide comprehensive client solutions.

Compensation & Benefits
Highly Competitive Salary: $275,000 – $350,000, commensurate with experience.
