Our client, a prominent AmLaw 200 firm, is seeking a talented Mass Tort & Product Liability Associate Attorney to join their nationally-recognized Litigation Practice Group in Minneapolis. This is an excellent opportunity to build your litigation career within a high-performing team handling complex and high-stakes matters across a range of industries.

 

 

Candidate Profile

  • JD from a top-tier law school with a strong academic record.
  • Active Bar Admission in Minnesota, in good standing.
  • 1–3 years of substantive litigation experience, with exposure to mass tort and product liability litigation.
  • Class action experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent legal research, writing, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in all phases of litigation involving mass tort, product liability, and complex commercial claims.
  • Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
  • Support depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
  • Coordinate with expert witnesses, co-counsel, and clients on litigation strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to manage case progress and maintain high-quality client service.
  • Contribute to case development and trial preparation in a role with meaningful responsibility and exposure.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation: includes an annual salary range of $180,000-$190,000, commensurate with experience, alongside eligibility for profit-sharing and a discretionary bonus.
